He’s Alive, but Are You?

The world in which we live has become complexed, and troubled, mixed with much unrest. Social injustice, and prejudice just to name a few.

To most, Leadership has become a joke.

The opinions of most, are more meaningful than God’s truth. Men do their own thing, go their own way; however, somehow we still assume the endorsement of the All-Mighty in spite of all this.

Presently, If mankind were judged, God’s verdict would be contempt, contempt, because of misappropriation of trust, mixed with misplaced values. Many say they love God but their actions speak otherwise.

In the last days, Jesus states that tribulation begins with deception—Matthew 24:4.

Men will become lovers of themselves and the charity of many will grow cold.  Remember, according to scripture, a lie is still a lie even if everyone believes it. The prophet Isaiah states, Sin will be called righteous, and God’s goodness and grace will be called evil.

Without the reign of Jesus’ kingdom being activated within the heart of mankind, the idea of Kingdom living becomes a mere fairytale.

Proverbs 13:11NLT Hope that is put off makes the heart sick, but a desire that comes into being is a tree of life.

The only answer is found in the center of the garden—the Tree of Life. This center of the garden speaks of the heart of man.

Jesus won’t be pushed to the side, nor ignored. He’s either Lord of all, or Lord of nothing.

The choice you make determines that.

On this most holy day, the resurrection of Jesus Christ, becomes all important.

Living without His eternal blessing, while saying one thing, and living another, is at best— hypocrisy!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results. It’s a lie from the devil, or should I say—a lie from Beelzebub. This word Beelzebub means lord of the flies. Satan is only attracted to dead, smelly things.

As your pastor, I have one strong word to leave with you—stop it.

Yes, you my friend, determine your destiny through this one important choice.

As Jesus walked out of that sealed tomb, He came out, with resurrection power, while offering you continual victory in His name.

Everything ‘one’ could ever need is found in the name of Jesus!

Philippians 2:5-11NLT You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. 6 Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. 7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being.

When he appeared in human form, 8 he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. 9 Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names,10  that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

The resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ changed everything.

Today is the day of salvation, today is the day of love, prayer and grace.

Come to Him today, and all your regrets will be replaced with eternal hope!
