Widowed/Widower Ministry

CECC's widow/widower ministry is a supportive program to provide care, fellowship, and support for individuals who have lost their spouses. This ministry offers emotional and spiritual guidance, opportunities for social engagement, and resources for healing and rebuilding lives after loss. Activities may include support groups, counseling, prayer meetings, and social events aimed at fostering connections and helping individuals navigate their grief while finding hope and renewal.

Nursing Home Ministry

CECC's nursing home ministry is dedicated to serving residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This ministry focuses on providing companionship, spiritual support, and practical assistance to elderly individuals who may be isolated or in need of encouragement. Activities often include worship services, Bible study, prayer meetings, and social activities aimed at enriching the lives of residents. Volunteers may also engage in one-on-one visits, provide transportation for outings, and assist with special events, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents and sharing the love and hope of faith with them.
